The part is color matched to your stock valve cover for stunning looks.Fits: Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII 03-05.The perrin upgraded fuel rail has a much larger inner diameter to flow more fuel when the throttle requires it. NO upgrading of the FPR is necessary.
